Should you have a leak, gas emergency or electrical issue out of hours, please find details below for our contractors who offer out of hours emergency assistance (please note this is only for emergencies and not general maintenance calls).

Out of hours emergency information:

Gas and plumbing

If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999 and ensure you open doors and windows

If you have a leak or plumbing related emergency such as no heating or hot water, please call Newark Heating on 01636 919112 (please first see if your boiler just needs to be repressurised, as you will be charged for a call out if it is found to just be a lack of pressure – most boiler manuals can be found online if there isn’t one in the property by searching the make and model)

Electric

If you have a power outage, please first check your fuse box to ensure something hasn’t tripped and that there isn’t a power cut in the area. If you can’t get your power back on, please call Future Tech on 07909 335483

Locks

If your door lock fails, please call Newark and Sherwood on 01636 605909 (please note that if you have lost your keys and call the locksmith out you will be charged for this).
