Rachel Horton Lettings Director
Rachel joined Richard Watkinson & Partners at the start of 2021, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the industry, having worked for Countrywide, Belvoir and Sequence previously. She has earned a strong reputation for providing an excellent customer experience and a personable service, and prides herself on delivering what is promised and going the extra mile. She has used her experience to make a lot of changes to improve and digitise our lettings service as well as future-proofing the business in light of the new, more remote world we find ourselves living in. Rachel carries out market appraisals, bringing new properties to the market to let and oversees the daily running of the office.
In her free time, Rachel is a keen fitness enthusiast who enjoys running as well as spending time with family and friends, and is known to enjoy a glass of wine or two!
Jo Bound Lettings Negotiator
Jo is based at the Newark Lettings office, having joined Richard Watkinson & Partners in 2008. Jo’s specialisms are far-reaching as she handles a range of duties at the lettings department – carrying our market appraisals, marketing and managing properties, and dealing with maintenance.
She cites herself as a people person, always keen to offer excellent customer service for both landlords and tenants, from the initial application through to tenancy.
Jo also enjoys travelling and going on holiday – where she has plenty of time to enjoy her main interests of reading and swimming.
Lorna Marsh Property Manager
Lorna joined Richard Watkinson & Partners in 2012, working at the Southwell branch before moving to work at Bingham and now into Lettings. She is the first point of call for customers, handling all telephone and email enquiries, as well as assisting customers who visit the branch. Lorna also handles the booking of viewings and valuations, maintenance and managing properties through to check-out.
Lorna considers herself a people person, approaching estate agency with an approachable, personable attitude which is appreciated by customers and has resulted in some fantastic results.
Lorna’s twin children keep her busy outside of the office, she also enjoys bike riding and being outdoors
Joanne Smith Lettings Negotiator
Joanne joined Richard Watkinson & Partners two years ago, after spending the last 20 years working in Estate Agency, and previously for a Building Society. She handles the coordination of our critical safety checks to ensure properties remain safe and compliant as well as the all-important landlord accounts, making sure everyone gets paid. Joanne is also a first point of call for customers, handling all telephone and email enquiries, as well as assisting customers who visit the branch.
Joanne is family orientated and enjoys spending time with her husband, two girls and their partners, walking her dog and loves going to the theatre.
