More Bang for Your Buck: Northern Ireland's Property Market

Property The Guild 5th April 2024

According to the latest house price data from Halifax, Northern Ireland’s housing market continues to outperform the wider UK market, shrugging off continued high inflation and strong interest rates to post another yearly increase. As well as an uplift in prices, activity also ramped up by around 16% while demand in Northern Ireland increased by around 30%. It is also still the most affordable region in the UK to buy a home.

With this in mind, we found some of our most spectacular Guild Member listings in Northern Ireland and have compared these properties with offerings from some of our English and Welsh Members at the same price, to see exactly what you can get for your money.
